| 54th IBA meeting briefly  54th I.B.A. meeting in Helsinki
19th-24th of October 2005
Hospitality suites: Remy Cointreau - Bols, De Kuyper, Pages
Vedrenne, Vodka
Matrioshka, Marie Brizard, Georges Monin, Campari, Drambuie,
Finlandia, ILLVA Saronno, Seagram's Gin, Mozart Distillerie GmbH and
Grand Marnier - and more association members in other
venues.
Wednesday 19th of October
- Transport from airport to congress hotel Crowne Plaza by Sunnybuses
- Evening starts with welcome cocktails at Crowne Plaza lobby and continues with welcome dinner and with music
- After dinner evening continues in the hospitality suites provided by associated members
Thursday 20th of October
- Official delegates will have their annual meeting in Finlandia Congress Hall
- Others will be having a closer look to a Finnish countryside, getting a hint from Lapland, enjoying local food in a tourist day
- After a meeting and a tourist day people will have a chance to fresh up for aperitifs at hospitality suites
- Guests will be divided into 3 different groups and transported to local restaurants where dinner is served
- After dinner guests will be transported back to the hotel where evening continues in the hospitality suites
Friday 21st of October
- In the morning I.B.A.-board will be having their official meeting with associated members
- Others have a possibility for a shopping or to go to see Helsinki city centre or just to relax
- After a lunch is a time for competition. Fancy drink 1st round and semi finals are held at Finlandia Congress Hall
- After semi finals and a short break guests have a possibility to have aperitifs at hospitality suites
- Casual dinner is served at Crowne Plaza
- Evening continues in the hospitality suites
Saturday 22nd of October
- After breakfast flair tenders show their skills in a competition held in Finlandia Congress Hall
- Lunch is served also in Finlandia Congress Hall
- After flair competition is a short break just before a dinner
- Evening continues at Finlandia Congress Hall in a party where also
finals for the competition of 54th I.B.A.meeting take place – music and
fun
Sunday 23rd of October
- The Vodka Day - The whole day is related to The Vodka. The official program is a bit secret even for us …

54th I.B.A.-meeting will have it climax at the Gala Dinner at Finlandia Congress Hall
- After the dinner, great Havana Party at DTM.
Monday 24th of October
- After a breakfast Sunnybuses take guests back to the airport
