Väri:
eloisa, läpikuultavan punainen.
Maku: keskitäyteläinen,
elegantti, hienostunut, miellyttävän hapokas, lempeä; kirsikkaa,
karhunvatukkaa,
orvokkia.
Tuotantoalue: Wairaun laakson viinitarhat Marlborough'n viinialueella.
Valmistus: Rypäleet puristettiin tertuissa ja osa mehusta sai olla jonkin aikaa kuorien kanssa, jotta viinin saatiin enemmän vivahteita. Käyminen tapahtui terästankeissa, joissa viiniä myös sakkakypsytettiin 4 kuukauden ajan.
Kestävyys: Tuottaja mukaan oikein varastoituna 4 vuotta vuosikerrasta.
Tuottaja: Villa Maria Estate on George Finstonichin vuonna 1961 perustama viinitalo, joka kuuluu Uuden-Seelannin johtaviin viininviejiin. Villa Maria on Uuden-Seelannin suurin perheomisteinen viinitalo.
